Consultation

Consultations are held over zoom/video call, telephone, (or in-person on request in Eastcote/Ruislip northwest London). I can also travel to you if you’re local to Northwest London at an additional cost. Being online allows me to see clients from anywhere in the UK and overseas, it also means you can be in the comfort of your own home. Don’t worry if you are not comfortable using a computer or Zoom, I’m happy to use WhatsApp for a video call, or simply the telephone for the consultations if you prefer.

  1. If you would like to arrange a consultation or a free 15-minute discovery call to discuss your health concerns then contact Tina on the details below, preferably by email so we can arrange a convenient time to speak:
    Email: tina@naturopath-tina.uk
    Phone: 07768078585
  2. Once we have briefly discussed your condition you will need to complete in-take forms and a food diary. The forms can be complete online here, the food diary will need to be emailed back to me when complete. I will then be in touch to arrange your consultation date and time. Payment is then made by the due date on your invoice.

My consultations take an integrative approach, combining herbal medicine, nutrition and naturopathy within one session. You don’t need to book these separately – I draw from all three disciplines to create a personalised plan that best supports your health.

Seeing a nutritionist, herbalist or naturopath does not replace your GP, it’s important for your symptoms to be initially checked by your doctor.

Some clients with acute conditions find quick relief and don’t need more than a small number of sessions, more chronic conditions may take longer. Dietary and herbal intervention takes time and needs compliance, results can typically take a minimum of 3-6 months, although I usually see some level of improvement starting with the first follow-up.

The consultation incorporates analysis of all the body systems, so once we have achieved success with your initial symptoms you have the option to continue with follow-up appointments where we can start to work on other symptoms you may be experiencing. Sometimes I find when we correct one problem, other symptoms start to improve too. You don’t need to be unwell to benefit from a consultation. My approach supports both those facing health challenges and those simply wanting to stay well. A thorough health check can highlight imbalances before they become problems – prevention is just as important as treatment when it comes to long-term wellness.
